Kichkine hotel in Livadia is a former manor of Grand Prince Dmitry Konstantinovich Romanov. It is located on the shore of the Black Sea in a well-kept park, in 500 m from the castle “Swallow's nest and within 8 km away from Yalta.

Accommodation terms for vacationers:

  • On the arrival vacationers are to go to the receptionist.
  • In the rooms of "economy" rating not more than two people can be accommodated.
  • Children are admitted at any age. Children under three years old are accommodated for free.
  • Baby cot (free of charge) is provided if necessary. Catering for children under three is organized at individual payment on children's menu.
  • Price of an extra bed (sofa) for children aged 3 - 12 is 30 % added to the room price (counting at cost of two residents).
  • Price of an extra bed for people over 12 is 40 % added to the room price (counting at cost of two residents).
  • Price of an extra bed (sofa) in the apartments is 15 % of the room price.
  • Single accommodation price tax is 80 hryvnas / 360 roubles reduced price.
  • Complete payment (full price of the room) is made when reside in the following categories of room : "Panoramic suite, " "Double Deluxe Suite", "Apartments Suite"
  • One-time resort fee is to be made on the arrival at the hotel. 5 hryvnas / 23 roubles per a person.
