Comfortable guestrooms of the hotel Kievan Rus were designed in delicate pastel colors creating cozy home atmosphere, each hotel room is equipped with air-conditioner.  There are 5 singles, 22 doubles, 16 junior suites (12 A and 4 B), 2 mansard junior suite, 12 suites, 1 mansard suite; 1 five-room apartment, and 1 six-room apartment.

• Double room A and Double room B (1-roomed , room square is A 22-24 and B 18-21 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a double bed (160x200 cm), fitted carpet, set of furniture; satellite TV, TV set, mini-safe, mini-bar, air-conditioner, telephone, Wi-Fi Internet access; bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hair-dryer, bathrobe, slippers, towels, toiletries). The room is connected to a balcony. Room capacity : 2 main beds + 1 extra bed (folding bed).

• Double / Twin Junior Suite A and B (1-roomed, room square is A 30-35 sq.m. and B 28-30 sq.m.)

• Twin Junior Mansard Suite (SLX) (1-roomed , room square is 30 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: two single beds (120x200 cm) or a double bed (160x200 cm), fitted carpet, set of furniture; satellite TV, TV set, mini-safe, mini-bar, air-conditioner, telephone, Wi-Fi Internet access; bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hair-dryer, bathrobe, slippers, towels, toiletries). This spacious room has big-sized mansard windows overlooking the mountains. Without a balcony. Room capacity : 2 main beds + 1 extra bed (folding bed).

• Double Suite (2-roomed, room square is 36-41 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a lounge and a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a sofa, fitted carpet, set of furniture; satellite TV, TV set, mini-safe, mini-bar, air-conditioner, telephone, Wi-Fi Internet access; bathroom unit (bath, washbasin, toilet, bidet, hair-dryer, bathrobe, slippers, towels, toiletries). The room is connected to a balcony. Room capacity : 2 main beds + 1 extra bed (folding bed).

3 meals a day (menu a la cate) - FB; meals are served in the restaurant.

Mineral springs of Skhodnitsya

Mineral spring No 1 – hydro carbonate-sodium-calcium water. Medical indications: urolithiasis, chronic pyelonephritis, chronic pyelocystitis of non-tubercular origin, bile-excreting system diseases.

Mineral spring No 1-c - water from this spring is higher in organics. Its composition is similar to the mineral water Naftusya, but due to high content of bicarbonate ions, has a biological therapeutic effect. It is recommended for treatment of liver diseases and urinary tract infections, pancreatitis.

Mineral spring No 2-c bicarbonate - sodium water of medium mineralization (similar to Borjomi, Polyana Kvasova). Mineral spring No 2 is effective to balance acid-alkaline, it helps to reduce oxygen producing function of gastric glands. Effectively used for treatment of gastritis with high and normal acidity, peptic ulcer, chronic pancreatitis, colitis.

Mineral spring No 3 - low mineralized, light acidic bicarbonate-calcium water.  The water has diuretic and anti-inflammatory effect, improves blood circulation, helps to restore normal kidney function is it is reduced.

Mineral spring No 8, 9, 10 (pump room) – hydro carbonate-calcium water. It is recommended for treatment of liver and biliary tract (chronic cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, chronic hepatitis), urinary tract pathologies, kidney (urolithiasis, chronic pyelonephritis). The water intensifies urinary renal function, diuresis (urine) and filtration function of the kidneys.

Mineral spring No 13 - on its physical and chemical properties the water is similar to the mineral spring No 15, bicarbonate-calcium water. Drinking of this water changes secretory functions of gastric gland with varying intensity, it increases production of pepsin. Divalent ferrous ions accelerate the formation of erythrocytes and serve as a kind of building material for hemoglobin. The water also has radionuclide detox effect.

Mineral spring No 15 - the water high in iron and manganese dioxide. It is recommended for treatment of chronic low-acid stomach diseases, concomitant anemia, other types of anemia after bleeding, late chlorosis. This water is especially helpful for radionuclide detox.

Mineral spring No 18 - the water is high in microelements and biologic active organic substances and microorganisms, similar to Naftusia. It is recommended  as biligenic function  for liver and kidney. Systematic use of this water increases bilification, stimulates choline  synthesis in liver reduces concentration of cholesterol in bile.

Mineral spring No 25, 26 are low mineralized hydrocarbonate-sulphate-calcium-magnesium waters with all micro organic characteristics of  mineral water Naftusya. This water is recommended for treatment of kidney diseases and after viral hepatitis type A.
