Comfortable well-appointed Crimean holiday hotel Morskoy of cottage type was built in 2003. Located between Crimean resorts Alushta and Novy Svet, Morskoy is set in the settlement Semidvoriye (distance from Morskoy to Alushta is 10 km) in Juniper grove of the South Crimea, on the first line of the beach. Two, three, four-storey villas situated on the territory of the hotel are surrounded by cypresses and age-old junipers. Curative air, clear sea, tranquility of the surrounding park and excellent location of the hotel ensure perfect rest on this quiet territory.
Accommodation Terms and Conditions:
Check-in time: 12:00, checkout time - 10:00;
On the arrival vacationers are to go to receptionist;
Children of any age can be accommodated;
Infants aged 0-5 y.o. are accommodated for free on condition that all main places in the room are paid for;
Children from 5 to 10 y.o. on extra bed have 50 % discount, on condition that two main places of the room are paid for;
Extra bed discount for adults and children aged of 10 y.o. and upwards is 50 %, on condition that two main places of the room are paid for;
Extra bed accommodation for vacationers over twelve: full voucher price (net cost);
In standard rooms maximum accommodation is three visitors;
Single accommodation in the room of any rating is 25 % discount of the room's price;
Stay for any number of the nights (on condition of the room availability).
The price includes: accommodation, two meals a day (breakfast, dinner - smorgasbord), use of the beach, swimming pool and beach chairs, children's room, car park.
The price excludes: insurance.

Insurance policy should provide a tourist with medical assistance and compensation in case of an insurance accident in the country (place) of his/her temporary residence.
