Crimean Holiday Hotel Complex Primorye offers accommodation in Koktebel settlement, in 20 kilometers south-west from Feodosia. Hotel is situated in the environmentally friendly area at the foot of a natural Crimean reserve, Karadag mountain. The area is known for numerous volcanic rocks and creeks, clean water and clean sandy-pebbly beaches. Principal tourist attractions of the Koktebel settlement and the surroundings are Voloshin house-museum, aquapark "Koktebel", dolphinarium, museum of paragliding sport, Staryi Krym, ancient Armenian monastery Surb-Khach. Primorye occupies 11 hectars of land.  The hotel complex offers accommodation in 5 buildings of 461 rooms for 956 holidaymakers.

Catering

For the residents of the buildings 1 and 2 - half board is available (breakfast – supper) smorgasbord type.

Cold water is available 24-hour, hot water - according to the schedule.

Beach

Private pebbly beach of 300 meters long, equipped with sunshades and chaise-longues.

Sport and Entertainment

Fresh water outdoor swimming pool, children's swimming pool, tennis courts, sauna, table tennis, volleyball and basketball grounds, children's game room with an instructor, children's playground, animation programs, gymnasium with weight training machines, billiards, aquaaerobics, discotheque.

A new computer programm of catering "Canteen Administrator" is put into operation in the Holiday Hotel "Primorye" (Buildings 1, 2).

When accommodate, vacationeers are to open electronic card and deposit there 10 hryvnas.

To ensure tourist security on the beach and reduce the number of beach visitors of the Holiday Hotel "Primorye" there are turnstiles installed for the purpouse of electronic access system. Unauthorized persons are not admitted on the territory of the hotel and the beach. Deposit admittance card price is 10 hryvnas. Price of the card is to be returned at the time of the departure.
