Accommodation is offered in wooden cottages (3 cottages). Each cottage has  5 double-level cottages with double / triple / quad accommodation in cottage rooms and cottage rooms+. Accommodation in suites, junior suites, standards, and economy rooms is available at 4-storey hotel building of 30 rooms.

• Double - quad cottage room (2-level, 2-roomed, 5 rooms in the hotel)
  Room amenities: 1^st  level (total area of the level is 35 sq.m.): bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin), entrance hall with a staircase to the 2nd level, a lounge (upholstered folding sofa, lounge furniture, tea set, TV set (satellite TV), refrigerator, electric kettle, mini-safe.2^nd  level (total area of the level is about 30 sq.m.): bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer), entrance hall, bedroom (a double bed, TV set, satellite TV, set of furniture), a balcony. Use of mini-kitchen is available at extra cost.

• Double Suite (2-roomed, 3 rooms in the hotel)

• Double Junior Suite (1-roomed, total area of the room is 30 sq.m., there are14 rooms in the hotel)
  Room amenities: Bathroom unit (shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin, hair-dryer), entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed, folding arm-chair, set of furniture, satellite TV, refrigerator, air-conditioner, a balcony.
• Double Standard Room (1-roomed, total area of the room is 30 sq.m., there are 9 rooms in the hotel)
  Room amenities: Bathroom unit (shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin, hair-dryer), entrance hall, a bedroom with two single beds, set of furniture, satellite TV, refrigerator, air-conditioner, a balcony. 
• Double Economy Room (1-roomed, total area of the room is 18 sq.m., there are 4 rooms in the hotel)
  Room amenities: Bathroom unit (shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin, hair-dryer), entrance hall, a bedroom with two single beds, set of furniture, satellite TV, air-conditioner.

Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation.
Cost of the breakfast is 35 UAH per person.  

Lunch and dinner are offered in the restaurant Erney Laz.

Full board - 140 UAH per person (breakfast+lunch+dinner);for children - 90 UAH per person.

Half Board (lunch+dinner) is 100 UAH per person; for children - 70 UAH per person

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.

Sanatorium-resort treatment is offered in medical treatment complex of the sanatorium Carpathia or MRC Shayan
