Terms and Conditions:

• Check-in hour -12:00, check-out - 09:00;
• Guests are to address to the voucher selling department when they first come to accommodate;
• Required documents: passport, tour voucher, health certificate; for children: birth certificate, disease free environment certificate and vaccination certificate;
• Children of 4 years and upwards can be accommodated;
  Children of 4-12 y.o. can be accommodated without treatment;
• Сhildren can receive treatment at extra cost from 12 y.o.;
• Minimum period of treatment is 12 days;
• Your full correct name, birthdate and passport No are required for the booking request;
• Pets are not allowed at the hotel;
• One-time compulsory payment is the toursit fee = 1% of the tour cost.

The price includes: accommodation, FB plan - three meals a day-smorgasbord; (In the period December 20 - May 30 - fixed meals.), treatment course according to the specialization of the resort (minimum treatment course is 12 days).

* Full correct name, birthdate and passport No of each of the tourists are required for the booking request.

**First meal service is lunch; check-out without breakfast.

The price excludes: insurance.

Please Note!

Tourist medical and accident insurance during your stay in / travel to Ukraine is obligatory and is provided by your Insurance Company.  

Insurance policy should provide a tourist with medical assistance and compensation in case of an insurance accident in the country (place) of his/her temporary residence.
