This climatic health resort of general therapeutic specialization is located in one of the most environmentally friendly areas of the Black Sea Coast. Modern forteen-storey building of the resort (built in 1986) is only in 50 m from the coast. Foros park area is a famous unique flora reserve which covers 47 hectares of land; it’s a collection of plants from around the world.
All the rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with TV set, refrigerator, telephone.

Catering
Breakfast is served in the large hall of the restaurant, a la carte menu, dinner and supper are served at extra charge. Luxury suite residets have their meals served in a small restaurant hall.
Water supply
Cold water is available round the clock, hot – on the schedule (from 6:00 to 24:00).
Beach
Private, pebbly (length 200 m), equipped with beach beds, sunshades, bathing boxes, shower cubicles; boats, water scooters and bicycles hire, bar, cafe.
Indoor swimming pool with heated sea water, sauna, gymnasium with weight training machines, tennis courts, sport grounds, “Health area”, billiards, library, discotheque.
