6-storey dormitory complex of 460 beds is located within 100 meters from the sea. Half of the rooms have a view of the sea.

• Single room (1-roomed)

• Double room (1-roomed, 12 sq.m)

  Room amenities: a set of furniture, TV set, refrigerator, a bathroom unit, loggia with a view of the sea or the park.

Full board. 4 meals a day is served in the cafeteria. Special dietary meals is offered for children and adults.

24-hour cold water is available; hot water is available according to the timetable.

Sandy well-appointed beach is excellent for family rest and children; the beach belongs to the sanatorium Primoriye.

Sanatorium offers treatment of:

1.Cardiovascular diseases:
- rheumatism (inactive phase - 8-10 months after exacerbation)
- angioneurosis, hypertension, stage P-A, essence hypotension
- vascular diseases of the extremities (not earlier than 3-4 months after exacerbation)

2. Locomotive diseases:
- The consequences of infectious nonspecific arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, low and medium level activity, ankylosing spondylitis (Bechterew's disease) and other spondyloarthritis
- Diseases of bones, muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons and the post effects of trauma
- osteochondrosis and spinal instability, osteochondropathy;
- scoliosis 1-2 degree, posture defects

3. Peripheral nervous diseases:
- neuritis, neuralgia, plexus diseases, neurodystrophic radicular syndrome
- discogenic lumbosacral radiculitis (movement ability is required)

4. Respiratory diseases:
- chronic nasal and sinus, chronic tonsillitis without exacerbation
- chronic recurrent bronchitis in the stage of remission (without asthmatic problems)
- chronic pneumonia (not earlier than 3 months after exacerbation) without bronchiectasis and respiratory failures
- Bronchial asthma hormone-independent; mild to moderate stage in the period of remission

5. Skin diseases:
- neurodermatitis, psoriasis, scleroderma with joint’s syndrome, allergic dermatitis, eczema, scars, skin and joint contractures

6. Urinary diseases:
- female gynecologic diseases
- female and male infertility
- prostatitis, urethritis

7. Endocrine diseases:
- obesity
- hypo-and hyperthyroidism

8. Detoxication, recreation after the influences of radionuclide contamination.

The main treatment methods are: climatotherapy, balneologic and mud treatment, physiotherapy, exercise therapy, massage, dietary treatment.

Sanatorium has 7 special medical departments:
