MRC Shayan

Shayan offers simultaneous accommodation for 90-100 guests.

Accommodation is offered in one of two buildings:
In treatment-residential building (main building) and in residential building (located in 50m from the treatment building).
 
Medical – residential building:

• Double Junior Suite (1-roomed, 3^rd-floor, mansard, there are 10 rooms in the building)
  Room amenities: bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle, hair dryer), two single beds, TV set, refrigerator, air conditioner, telephone, set of furniture, without balcony.

• Double or Triple Junior Suite (1-roomed, 2^nd-floor, there are 4 rooms in the building)
  Room amenities: bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle, hair dryer), a single bed, a double folding sofa, TV set, refrigerator, air conditioner, telephone, a set of furniture, a balcony.

• Double Suite (1-roomed, 2^nd floor, there are 3 rooms in the building)
  Room amenities: bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle, hair dryer), a double bed, TV set, refrigerator, air conditioner, telephone, iron, ironing board, chest of drawers, a wardrobe, dressing table, mini-kitchen, dinner set, electric kettle, a balcony.

• Double Suite (2-roomed, 2^nd - 3^rd floors, there are 2+2 rooms in the building)
  Room amenities: bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle, hair dryer), a bedroom and a lounge; a double bed, a double folding sofa, two armchairs, TV set, refrigerator, air conditioner, telephone, iron, ironing board, chest of drawers, a wardrobe, dressing table, electric kettle, rooms on the 2^nd floor are with 2 balconies; rooms on the 3^rd floor are without a balcony. 

Residential building:

• Double Junior Suite (1-roomed, there are 17 rooms in the building)
  Room amenities: bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle), two single beds, upholstered sofa or folding armchair, TV set, refrigerator, telephone, a set of furniture, tableware.

• Double Suite (2-roomed, there are 4 rooms in the building)
  Room amenities: bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin, bath, hair dryer), a bedroom and a lounge; a double bed, a double sofa, armchair, TV set, refrigerator, air conditioner, telephone, iron, ironing board, chest of drawers, sliding-door wardrobe, electric kettle, a balcony.

• Double luxury apartments (4-roomed, there is 1 room in the building)
  Room amenities: entrance hall (coat rack, wardrobe), a lounge (folding sofa, table with chairs, TV set, music centre), a bedroom (a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, iron, ironing board, TV set, air conditioner, telephone), a study (set of study furniture), kitchen (electric cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven, tableware), 2 bathroom units (toilet, washbasin, bath, hair dryer).

Three dietary meals are offered in the canteen of the treatment-dormitory building.

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.

Gastroenterological  diseases:

• Chronic hyperacidity gastritis, gastritis with stored secretion and motor-evacuation stomach malfunction in non-acute condition;
• Peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, in the phase of remission;
• Postgastroektomic (dumping) syndrome in the stage of compensation, sub-compensation;
• Functional stomach disorders;
• Chronic colitis and enterocolitis of different etiologies;
• Refluxezofagitis light and medium stage in non-acute conditions;
• Biliary tract and gall bladder dyskinesia;
• Chronic cholecystitis;
• Cholecystitis with cholelithiasis;
• Chronic persistent hepatitis;
• Reconvalescence after viral hepatitis;

Urological diseases:  

• Chronic pyelonephritis (primary, secondary) in remission;

Treatment practice of combining medical procedures with physical exercises is used in medical rehabilitation Centre. It is beneficial for treatment of diabetes, gout, bronchial asthma and other diseases.   

Treatment course includes three types of turpentine oil, mud application with mud of Saki lake.
Microwave therapy apparatus RADARMED 950+, complex gum hydromassage system which is used in dentistry for treatment of parodontosis, gingivitis; ultraviolet treatment with use of mercury-quartz lamp for general and preventive treatment of skin diseases for bacteriostatic, disesibilizing. Vitamin effect (it is used for treatment of chronic dermatitis and herpes), magneto-laser therapy  by apparatus MILTA (low laser radiation) combined with magnetic effect (it activates metabolism in human organism), scanning laser – apparatus Medic 1 is used for chronic pancreas, low in secretory function for chronic hepatitis, ulcer disease, duodenal ulcer in remission, colongydrotherpay (ti si used for treatment of gastrointestinal tract: chronic gastritis, cholisestitis, cholangitis, pancreatitis, gastroduodenitis, colitis, joint diseases, diabetes mellitus)

For treatment various diseases MRC Shayan offers mineral water  "Shayanskaya -4" and "Shayanskaya - 242 whcih are similar ot the world famous Borjomi, Essntuki (Georgia) and  Vishi-Seleston (France).

Treatment method of combining physiotherapy with physical training is widely used in MRC Shayan. It gives good results in treatment of diabetes, gout, asthma, etc.
