Accommodation Terms and Conditions:

• Check-in time 12:00; Check-out time 10:00;
• On arrival, please, address receptionist (building No 1)
• Required documents: passport, tour agency voucher; for children: birth certificate, vaccination and disease-free-environment certificate;
• Children of any age can be accommodated;
• Children aged 1-7 y.o. are not charged for accommodation. Extra bed and catering is provided at extra cost;
• Extra bed accommodation for a child aged  7 - 12 y.o. (on a folding bed) is 50% discount of the main bed accommodation; for an adult or a child aged of 12 y.o. and upwards is 30%;
• One-time mandatory resort payment is 1% of the voucher price.
• in 2012 Zolotoi Kolos offers new tourist product ALL INCUSIVE IN CRIMEA. This boarding and treatment plan includes: accommodation and  FB plan -3 meals a day; medical treatment and spa program including special procedures chosen by your sanatorium doctor, alcohol-free drinks, use of the swimming pools and sauna, Roman therm, weight room, group and individual exercising, fitness, callanetics and aqua aerobics. The package also includes free Wi-Fi Internet in public area, free-of charge car park, mini club services, governor for children, everyday animation, concerts and performances, cinema and theatre plays. 

• Pets are not allowed.

 

The price includes:  - accommodation, FB plan – three meals a day "smorgasbord"  in the restaurant  "Zolotoi Kolos",  alcohol-free drinks of local production in bar "USSR"  and in bar Cuba near the swimming pool (except 09.01-31.05 and 14.10-29),  health improving or SPA program, chosen on recommendation of your medical doctor (for stay over 4 days), visiting of sauna and Roman thermae , use of outdoor swimming pool (01.06 - 13.10)  and indoor swimming pool, use of weight room, free-of charge Wi-Fi-zone in all public area, services of children’s room, animation for children and adults, walking city tours, use of the safe box, car park.

The price of the basic tariff  includes:  - accommodation, FB plan – three meals a day "smorgasbord"  in the restaurant  "Zolotoi Kolos",  alcohol-free drinks of local production in bar "USSR" , visiting of sauna and Roman thermae , use of indoor swimming pool, use of weight room, free-of charge Wi-Fi-zone in all public area, services of children’s room, animation for children and adults, walking city tours, use of the safe box, car park.

* One-time mandatory payment is a tourist fee = 1% of the voucher price.

The price excludes: insurance.

Please Note!

Tourist medical and accident insurance during your stay in / travel to Ukraine is obligatory and is provided by your Insurance Company.  

Insurance policy should provide a tourist with medical assistance and compensation in case of an insurance accident in the country (place) of his/her temporary residence.
