Hotel complex is designed for accommodation of 210 visitors. Sosnovaya roscha has a few accommodation buildings: building No 1 and buildning No 2 are nested in the park, building No 3 is set on the seashore. Accommodation Terms and Conditions:

On the arrival vacationers are to go to the reception area.
Required documents: passport, tour agency guided voucher, for children – birth certificate.
Children under two years old are accommodated on the condition that baby's cot price is paid, 130 UAH / 520 RUB per day ("net" cost).
In high season infants aged 1 - 2 y.o.can not be accommodated.
One-time compulsory extra payment is a tourist fee = 1% of the voucher's price (paid on the spot).
Accommodation: comfortable guestrooms with modern amenities. The hotel building is located within secured and fenced territory.
Meals: Full Board. Three meals a day a served at the restaurant Chair you can choose buffet or dietary meals; lunch and dinner includes drinks of local production including Crimean wines (dry red or white).
Medical treatment :
Diagnosis: examination of therapist and / or paediatrician; physical therapy, inhalations and aroma baths, showers, wraps, exercise therapy (in a group), mud treatment, dry carbon dioxide baths, carbon dioxide pneumo therapy.
Period of stay: 3 days: examination of a therapist and / or a paediatrician (1), clinical tests (2), biochemical tests (2), functional diagnostics (2). Treatment: 1-2 medical procedures a day.
Period of stay: 4 - 14 days: examination of a therapist and / or a paediatrician (2), clinical tests (2), biochemical tests (2), functional diagnostics (2). Treatment: 1-3 medical procedures a day.
Period of stay: 15 days or more: examination of a therapist and / or a paediatrician (3), clinical tests (2), biochemical tests (2), functional diagnostics (3). Treatment: 1-4 treatments a day.
Emergency medical aid is available 24-hour.
Use of seawater swimming pool, sauna, modern weight room, indoor gymnasium for mini-football, volleyball, badminton, basketball; table tennis, billiards, tennis court with hard covering.
Season services: well-appointed beach belonging to the sanatorium (with beach chairs, sun umbrellas, beach towels).
Animation: entertaining programs for adults and children, sports competitions, contests, sport games on the water, evening show-programs and discotheques.
Cottage infrastructure: fenced territory of the patio, billiard room, traditional Russian wooden baths, a nicely designed yard for rest and picnics with artificial waterfalls and barbeque grounds.
Services available at extra cost:
Room-service, lobby bar, bar "Olivia"; cafe "Italian Courtyard" on the beach with a panoramic view of Cape Ai-Todor and Cape Sarych.
Medical treatment available at extra cost: laboratory clinical and biochemical diagnostics (detailed diagnosos) load testing (cycling ergonometry, treadmill). Treatment: expert doctor’s recommendations (urologist, gynecologist, ENT, dental), planned medical treatment, classical massage, underwater shower-massage, alternative medicine, solarium.
Facial and body SPA and beauty procedures; exotic massages.
Service Centre: sightseeing tours, transfers, booking of rail air tickets, booking of services in the VIP lounge of the airport, gifts and flowers delivery services.
Water sports (motor scooter, motor-boat), water skiing, various water activities, windsurfing, sport equipment hire.
