Superbly located in the tourist zone, the heart of Transcarpathian region, 340 meters above the sea level, the Carpathian health resort and health-improving centre “Quelle Polyana” is right between Polonian and Vygorlat-Gutinsky mountain ranges of the Carpathian in the Tikhoye hole. Quelle Polyana offers accommodation and health improving services in the Carpathians within 11 km from the railway station of Svalyava, in 75 km from Uzhgorod.

On the arrival visitors are to turn in the reception area. Required documents: passport, tourist agency voucher, for the treatment course – resort record or doctor’s record, for children – birth certificate and disease-free environment certificate;
All children are welcome, children aged under five have free of charge accommodation on an extra bed; extra bed accommodation for children - 40 UAH;
Children aged 5-15 have the following discounts (net cost): before 28.12.2011 - 70 UAH per child a day; from 28.12.2011 - 03.01.2012 (tour) - 837 UAH per tour (including sightseeing tours) from 04.01.2011 - 10.01.2012 (tour) - 805 UAH per tour (including sightseeing tours)
Extra bed accommodation cost for an adult or for a child aged of 15 years old and upwards (net cost): - 140 UAH per person a day;
Lunch cost is 60 UAH per person; dinner is 50 UAH per person (fixed meals, net cost);
Overall package of medical-balneological services at the sanatorium Polyana is 114 UAH per person a day (Net cost).
The price includes: accommodation in the room of the desired category, breakfast (smorgasbord type), use of sauna and swimming pool and weight room from 8 AM till 7 PM, use ofthe mineral water pump room (mineral waters Polyana Kupel and Polyana Kvasova), children's room, car park.
The price excludes: insurance.

Insurance policy should provide a tourist with medical assistance and compensation in case of an insurance accident in the country (place) of his/her temporary residence.
The nearest railway station in Svalyava is within 11 kilometers from the tourist centre of Quelle Polyana; within 75 kilometers from the Uzhgorod. The cars and buses are available to hire in the air stations Uzhgorod, Mukachevo and Svalyava.
Individual transfer Svalyava railroad station - sanatorium Quelle Polyana is 90 UAH.
