Carpathians Truskavets

Accommodation is provided at 9-storey sanatorium building, 442 beds. Indoor passages adjoin accommodation building to the club, sport-recreational building, cafeteria and the treatment-diagnostic building.  
Single accommodation can be provided in any type of the sanatorium room. Each guestroom has a balcony.

• Single room (1-roomed, 9sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a single bed, a wardrobe, a chair, a bedside cabinet, a refrigerator, TV set, telephone, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet). Room capacity - 1 main bed.

• Twin Standard (1-roomed, 12 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: two beds, a wardrobe, a chair, 2 bedside cabinets, a refrigerator, TV set, telephone, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet). Room capacity - 2 main beds + 1 extra bed (folding bed).
• Single / Double Comfortable room (1-roomed, 12 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a double bed, a wardrobe,  chairs, 2 bedside cabinets, a refrigerator, TV set, telephone, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet); the room has been recently refurbished. Room capacity - 2 main beds + 1 extra bed.
  
  
• Single / Double Suite (2-roomed, 24 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a double bed, a compartment wardrobe,  arm-chairs, 2 bedside cabinets, an upholstered folding sofa, a refrigerator, TV set, telephone, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin, toilet); the room has been recently refurbished. Room capacity - 2 main beds + 1 extra bed (folding bed).
  
  

Full board plan: 3 meals a day – smorgasbord. Meals are served in the cafeteria of the sanatorium.  

Dietary meals can be provided on request, or on doctor’s prescription.
At extra cost meals can be offered at the café Grazhda.

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.

Price of the medical tour voucher includes:

  Tests in clinical and biochemical laboratories (4 parameters), gastric and duodenal intubation, sigmoidoscopy, electrocardiogram in computer, ultrasound (3 parameters).

• Treatment procedures:
  Mineral baths, mineral wax, hydropathy, intestinal irrigations, physiotherapy exercises in the gym, physiotherapy, inhalation, microclysters, enteral oxygen therapy, rectal tampons, mechanical massage, drinking of mineral water, herbal medicine, dentistry, gynecological irrigations.

Naftusya:

Naftusya is low mineralized, hydrocarbonate-calcium-magnesium water. Besides salts it has biological active elements of oil type. Naftusya mineral water is diuretic which helps clears the body  of chemical waste, kidney stones. Naftusya is recommended for treatment of kidney and liver diseases, metabolic dysfunctions etc.   
Naftusya normalizes metabolism,  improves general condition of the central nervous system, has cholagogic properties. 

Spring No 1 “Maria”

Maria is low mineralized, sulfate- hydrocarbonate-calcium-magnesium water. It has low amounts of Fe, CO2 and hydrogen sulfide.  Maria is easy to left the intestine without irritating effect, it has bile diluting and evacuating properties. Mineral water Maria can smooth stomach inflammation and normalize secretory function of the gastric juice and its PH. It produces similar effect on intestine, smoothing its peristaltic functions, and secretory acidity of the intestinal juice; it is used for treatment of chronic gastritis with high gastric acidity, duodenal ulcers and contaminant diseases.   

Spring No 2 "Sofia":

Sofia is average mineralized chloride-sodium calcium-magnesium water. It has low amounts of CO2 and hydrogen sulfide.   Sofia stimulates secretory function of the intestine, increase amount and acidity of gastric juice, it dilutes mucus in the intestine and it helps to evacuate it. Minaral water Sofia is used for treatment of chronic gastritis with low acidity and deficiency of  hydrochloric acid in gastric juice.    

Mineral spring No 3 "Bronislava":

Bronislava is chloride-sulfate-sodium-calcium water. It is used for treatment of nasopharynx chronic diseases, laryngitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, for gargling, rising, inhalations, and nasal irrigations. It dilutes mucus of the upper respiratory tract, helps to smooth inflammatory conditions.   

Mineral spring No 4 "Yuzya":

Composition of mineral water Yuzya has glycerin elements which are favorable for skin produce elastic effect.

Mineral salt “Barbara”:

It is produces from the mineral water of the spring No 4 Yuzya. Mineral salt Barbara is used for duodenal sounding, intestine lavage and as laxative agent. Natural properties of the salt have health-improving effect, rise immunity.
