Hotel complex offers accommodation in five cozy cottages with private amenities.  

Cottage Ostrov (there are 4 rooms at this cottage)
On the 1-st floor of this cottage there is a café for all holidaymakers (2 dining hall rooms); there is a fireplace in one of the dining halls.

  Room amenities: 1^st floor – a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer), a double bed, TV set, refrigerator; 2^nd level – a double bed TV set, compartment wardrobe.
• Double mansard room; (1-roomed, there are 2 room at the hotel)
  Room amenities: a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer), a double bed, TV set, refrigerator, bedside cabinets.
• Double Junior Suite; (1-roomed, there is 1 room at the hotel)

Cottage Storozhka (there are 3 rooms at this cottage)

• Double room (1-roomed, there is 1 room at the cottage)

• Single room (1-roomed; there is 1 room at the cottage)
  Room amenities: a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer) , a folding sofa, TV set.
• Double Mansard Junior Suite; (1-roomed, there is 1 room at the hotel)
  Room amenities: a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer), a double bed, TV set, refrigerator, folding sofa.

Cottage Koshara (there are 2 rooms at this cottage)

• Double family Junior Suite (1-roomed, the room is located on the 1^st floor)
  Room amenities : a folding sofa (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer), a double bed, a folding sofa, TV set, firepalce.
• Double family junior suite (1-roomed; 2^nd floor)
  Room amenities: there is a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer), a double bed, a folding sofa, TV set, there are 2 extra beds on the  2-nd  level; there are 2 balconies with a view of Borjava.

Cottage Sauna (there are 4 rooms at this cottage) on the 1-st floor there is a sauna, a dayroom with a fireplace, bathroom amenities are shared between 3 rooms of the cottage.

Cottage Kotovo (there are 2 rooms at this cottage ):
On the 1^st floor there is a bathroom unit (with shower, washbasin ,  toilet), a hall/dining room – kitchenette, a sofa, TV set, dinner table, chairs, refrigerator, a terrace; 
On the 2^nd floor there are guestrooms:

• Double room (1-roomed)
  Room amenities: a double bed, a clothes racks, balconies with a view of the lake. 

We offer Ukrainian cuisine, served in the restaurant. All meals are prepared of ecologically pure organic products produced on local farm.

Breakfast - 40 UAH per person.
Lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant, menu a la carte.

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour

Restaurant, bar, sauna, roofed belvederes with  braziers, own farm, WI-FI in each of the cottages.

Transfer top ski lifts, hiking, sightseeing, quadrocycling, snowmobile trips, ice skating, mountain bikes hire, crushian carp and  trout fishing.
