Hydrosulfuric mineral water spring is the property of the hotel. It is widely used for treatment, SPA procedures and rehabilitation.

Three fixed meals a day / full board catering is offered to the hotel residents; residents of standard rooms have their meals served in the cafe "Winter"; residents of suites have their meals served in the restaurant "Silk way" menu a la carte.
