Building No 10 - ten storeys with a lift; building No 11 - fourteen storeys with a lift; Kurchatov's Dacha is a separate territory, its building has 5 storeys.
The buildings are located within 100 meters from the sea shore.

Kurchatov's Dacha

• Double/ twin comfortable rooms (one room, Kurchatov's Dacha).
  Room amenities: two single beds or a double bed, folding sofa.
  Each room has a private bathroom (bath, washbasin), refrigerator, TV, air-conditioner (split system), balcony or a bay window, each room with a view of the sea.

Cottage complex “Rhodes” is located in the resort settlement Koreiz. 5-storey hotel and 2-storey self-contained cottages comprising the territory of the complex adjoin to the park area of Ai-Petri sanatorium on the east.

Three meals a day to your order, diet menu is available, waitress service. (except for the rooms of Kurchatov’s Dacha).

Cold water is available round the clock, hot water – according to the schedule.

Therapeutic small-pebbly beach 450 meters long with a peculiar shadow area (sunshades), seashore and clean seawater is a pearl of Ai-Petri sanatorium. Sanatorium has the reason to be proud of its marvelous beach and treats to it with a special care.

Uniqueness of the beach is that it is separated into three different recreation areas. The first one is the active rest area. The choice is up to your mood. The wide range of water entertainments to your disposal; these are hydro-cycles, paraplans, boats, waterbicycles, water skis, cruiser (offers nice tailor-made voyages), diving instruction, sub-water hunting and photography, sea items hire.

Second, the longest and the widest area destined for the popular rest, there is stand “Morskoy ” bar, “Dolphin” café, billiards in the open air. There you can order light refreshing cocktails and ice cream in the daytime or dinner out and try delicious food at moderate price and listen to “live” music.

The third Ai-Petri sanatorium area is destined for children. This part of the beach is covered with finest small pebbles, paddling seawater pool, children’s playground with numerous seesaws, nice ladders, sandpits.

Holiday makers will find all the items required for the sea rest in special shops. The medical post and the beach ward on duty are responsible for the rest of the vacationers. After taking sea and sun baths one can take off the weariness in the massage and manual therapy parlour.

Ai-Petri mount rising above the sanatorium is one of the symbols of Crimea; poets and writers mention it in their works, artists reflect its image in the canvas once and again. Streams of tourists attracted by the beauty of these places are drawn to see the huge mount breaking the horizon when you look upwards. The sight of it leaves nobody indifferent. You are seized with euphoria, when after conquering Ai-Petri you are breathing fresh mountain air and admiring the panorama view from the top. Another adventure is taking a cableway tram from Miskhor to Ai-Petri, where sometimes it appears that tram might collide with the mount rocks. It won’t be enough to take a bus excursion if you want to have a complete feeling of the atmosphere; you need to live at the foot of the Ai-Petri, since all the opportunities to do it are at your command. Keep in mind to visit of wine sampling tavern of local wine production yard and take a stroll across the landscape park of Alushta Palace.
