The resort hotel is situated 150 meters above the sea level in the resort spot Gaspra -1 which is the one of the most picturesque places of Southern Coast of Crimea just between the historical and architectural monuments “The Swallow Nest” and Vorontsov palace.
Five storey building. The distance between the building and the sea is some 300 meters. Major repairs in the left part of the building (rooms of superior comfort) had been made, the new furniture and household facilities were installed. A face-lift had been executed in the right part of the building (standard rooms). The new restaurant “Silver” with a summer yard welcomes to visit it in the basement floor. There is freshwater pool in the patio.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available in the restaurant Silver at the extra cost.
Water supply
Cold water is available 24-hour, hot water – according to the schedule for the rooms without water heater (for the rooms with a water-heater - 24-hour).
Beach
A fine pebbly beach is located within 300 meters from the buildings.
