Tourist complex is designed for simultaneous accommodation of 104 guests. There are two 2-storey cottages (accommodation  in Suites), six 2-storey cottages (accommodation  in Junior Suites), sixteen 1-storey cottages (accommodation in Standard  Rooms).

• Double Standard - Cottage (room size is 30 sq.m)
  Room amenities: bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle, hair-dryer), a double bed, TV set, refrigerator, telephone, table, two upholstered armchairs, dinner set, summer terrace.
• Double Junior Suite - Cottage I - II (room size is 40 sq.m, 1^st floor)
  Room amenities: bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle, hair-dryer), a lounge and a bedroom; a double bed, TV set, refrigerator, a double sofa, upholstered armchairs, a wardrobe, a dinner set, summer terrace, foot note: the is a fireplace in the junior suite No I. 
• Quad Junior Suite - Cottage I - II (room size is 40 sq.m, 2^nd floor)
  Room amenities: bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle, hair-dryer), entrance hall, two bedrooms; a double bed, two single beds, TV set, telephone, refrigerator, a balcony.
• Quad 2-Storey, 2-Level Suite - Cottage (room size is 110 sq.m)
  Room amenities:
  1^st storey: garage;
  2^nd storey: 1^st level: WC (toilet, washbasin), bathroom (washbasin, shower cubicle), lounge, bedroom, a double bed, TV set, telephone, refrigerator, a double sofa, upholstered armchairs, wardrobe, dinner set, fireplace, summer terrace.
  2^nd storey: 2^nd level: bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle, hair-dryer), two bedrooms, a double bed, two single beds, TV set, telephone, a balcony.

Meals are served in the restaurant at extra cost.
Restaurant with a banquet hall and a summer terrace can host up to 90 visitors.

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour

Indications for treatment in the Medical rehabilitation centre of the sanatorium Shayan:

Gastroenterological diseases; gull bladder diseases; hepatitis; urological diseases.

Treatment course at medical rehabilitation center of the sanatorium Shayan MRTS is 85 UAH per person a day.

Treatment course provided in the sanatorium Shayan is 84 UAH per person a day.

Indications for treatment at the sanatorium MRC Shayan:

Gastroenterological diseases:

- Chronic hyperacidity gastritis, gastritis with stored secretion and violation of the motor-evacuative function of stomach in non-acute phase, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the phase of remission; post-gastrectomy (dumping) syndrome in stage of compensation, subcompensation; functional dyspepsia, chronic colitis and enterocolitis of various etiology; mild to moderate non-acute phase of  reflux esophagitis;
- Biliary tract and gallbladder dyskinesia, chronic cholecystitis, cholecystitis with cholelithiasis, chronic persistent hepatitis; convalescents after viral hepatitis, chronic pancreatitis

    Urological diseases:

- Chronic pyelonephritis (primary, secondary) in remission, chronic (primary, secondary), cystitis in remission; urolithiasis with infrequent bouts of renal colic

Indications for treatment at the sanatorium Shayan:

- Low, normal and high acidity stomach diseases; reflex - esophagitis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer: postgastrorezektsionnye syndromes;
- Liver, gallbladder, bile ducts;
- Pancreas diseases in remission: chronic pancreatitis, hepatitis, hepatosis; intestine disease: infectious, nontuberculous etiology and non-ulcer disease in remission; bowel dysfunction;
- Diseases of the genitourinary system: chronic pyelonephritis, chronic cystitis, chronic prostatitis, chronic vesiculitis, urolithiasis, urine acid diathesis, chronic intoxication;
- Diabetes mellitus (insulin-independent);
- Obesity;
- Gout.

Restaurant, playground, pergolas, car park, sightseeing tours, mineral water "Shayanska" is delivered from the pump-room to the sanatorium 3 times a day, mineral water spring "Shayanska-242" is in 100 m from the hotel, mineral water pump room of "Shayanska-4" and "Shayanska-242 is in 500 m from the hotel.

Russian bath with SPA, quartz sauna, fishing in a private lake; ski, skaters, mountain bikes hire; indoor swimming pool is available in the sanatorium Shayan; there is a 200 meters ski rope tow is in 150 meters from the hotel.

Fishing services include fishing in the private lake, fishing rode rent, etc. are available at extra cost on request.

The main curative factor of the sanatorium Shayan is salty siliceous carbonate bicarbonate-sodium mineral water Shayanskaya it is similar in composition with the well-known mineral water Borjomi, Essentuki and Vichy-Seleston (France). Mineral water Shayanskaya includes metasilicic acid which belongs to Dilijan type.
