• Double Suite (2- roomed)
  Room amenities: entrance hall, a lounge , a bedroom with a double bed; a double folding sofa, two armchairs, a wardrobe, a cupboard with dinner set, TV set, a refrigerator, a telephone, an electric kettle, dinner table with chairs, a dressing table with a mirror, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet) 2 balconies.
• Twin Comfortable Room (1-roomed, total square 18 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: two single beds, bedside cabinets, a TV set, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, chairs, a table, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet), a balcony.
• Double Suite of II rating (2-roomed)
  Room amenities: a lounge , a bedroom with a double bed; a double folding sofa, a wardrobe, a cupboard with dinner set, TV set, a refrigerator,  a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet) a balcony.
• Double Suite of I rating (2-roomed)
  Room amenities: a lounge , a bedroom with a double bed; a double folding sofa, two armchairs, a wardrobe, a cupboard with dinner set, dressing table with a mirror, TV set, a refrigerator, telephone,  a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet).
• Double Suite (2-roomed)
  Room amenities: a lounge , a bedroom with a double bed; a double folding sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, table, dressing table with a mirror, a wardrobe, a cupboard with dinner set, TV set, a refrigerator, telephone, electric kettle, iron, ironing board, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet), a balcony.

4-storey Building No 3(VIP - rooms)

• Single Suite (1-roomed, room square is 24 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a double bed, two arm chairs, a wardrobe, dinner set, TV set, refrigerator, electric kettle, mini-safe, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, bathrobe) a balcony. 
• Single Suite (2-roomed, room square is 35 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a double bed, a wardrobe, dinner set, upholstered sofa, two arm-chairs, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, TV set, electric kettle, refrigerator, mini-safe, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, bathrobes) a balcony. 

4-storey  Building No 5 - adjoined to the treatment building; refurbished in 2009.

• Double Standard room (1-roomed, total are is 18 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a double bed, a sliding-door wardrobe, coffee table, chairs, TV set, refrigerator, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet).
• Double Suite (1-roomed, total are is 30 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a double bed, upholstered sofa, two arm-chairs, a sliding-door wardrobe, TV set, refrigerator, mini-safe, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, bathrobes).

Three meals a day. Dietary and a la cate menu. Meals are served in the restaurant of the sanatorium (on 1- 3 floors).

Guests of suites (of the buildings No 1, 2, 3) have their meals in a detached dining hall.
Nutricious meals are provided at extra cost (50 UAH per person a day).

Cold and hot water is available 24 hour.

Indications for treatment in a special cardio rehabilitation department:

primary or repeat myocardial infarction in the stage  of recovery, post surgery of the heart and aorta, post unstable stenocardia.

normal pregnancy in the period of 12 - 32 weeks; iron deficiency anemia, induced abortion.
