The city was called after the eldest brother. Kiev experienced its foundation, rise and falls, ravages, destruction, and wars for over than 1500 years. It has risen from the ashes and it was resurrected time and time again. It is here you will walk a legendary Andrew's Descent following the route “from the Varangians to the Greeks”. Visit St. Sophia's Cathedral and Kievan-Pechorsk Lavra founded over than ten centuries ago, see the buildings of Ukrainian Parliament - Verkhovna Rada and the National Bank of Ukraine. Kiev is a city of contrasts, an impressive combination of ancient temples and contemporary skyscrapers. Visiting this city once, you undoubtedly come back soon and explore even more of Kiev.

At extra cost we offer a tour to the museum of folk architecture and everyday life in Pirogovo. Pirogovo Museum is a folk architecture and household museum in the open air, exhibiting all historic - ethnographical regions of Ukraine. Pirogovo Museum is situated in the settlement Pirogovo, in the outskirts of Kiev. The museum occupies over 150 hectares of land, with total number of architectural exponents exceeding 300: peasants’ log huts, huts, barns and windmills, a collection of folk costumes, wooden tableware and pottery, musical instruments. The cost of the tour is 200 UAH per person (minimum number of the tourists on the tour is five, otherwise the tour is not confirmed).
