Hotel Nord is located in the centre of the Crimean resort settlement Partenit. The hotel offers 33 rooms of modern design for comfortable accommodation. Splendid subtropical landscape parks of the health resorts "Krym" and "Ayvazovskoye" are natural attractions of Partentit. The parks are set in the vicinity of the hotel, next to the beach. Distinctive feature of Partenit is dry and sunny weather. Healthy climate, rich nature and picturesque surroundings made Partenit a perfect holiday destination. Average annual temperature of the air is 13 Celsius degrees, it is close to the average temperatures of Nice; precipitations are significantly less than in the South of France.
Accommodation Terms and Conditions:
Check-in- 14:00 check out time - 12:00.
On the arrival vacationers are to go to receptionist.
Required documents: passport, for child – birth certificate.
Children of any age can be accommodated, under three years they are accommodated on an extra bed (sofa) and have breakfast free of charge.
Accommodation of children aged 3-10 years old on extra bed (sofa) including catering is 379 UAH (Net Cost), after August 31 2010 - 529 UAH (Net Cost).
Accommodation of children aged over 10 y.o. and adults on extra bed (sofa) including catering is 459 UAH.
Required one-time extra payment is the tourist fee = 1% of the room price (paid on the spot).
The price includes: accommodation, three meals a day(a la carte menu is available when there are less than 25 people in the hotel), the use of the swimming pool and gym, the use of the children's room (from June 01 to September 01 from 9:00 to 17:00), use of the beach from April 28 to October 31, minibar, Intenet (Wi-Fi in the hall, dial-up in the rooms).
The price excludes: insurance. Required one-time extra payment is the tourist fee = 1% of the room price (paid on the spot).

Insurance policy should provide a tourist with medical assistance and compensation in case of an insurance accident in the country (place) of his/her temporary residence.
