On the arrival vacationers are to go to the receptionist on the ground floor of the residential building.
Required documents: passport, tour agency guided voucher, for children – birth certificate, vaccination and disease-free environment certificates.
Children are admitted at any age; children under three years old have free accommodation without extra bed and meals.
Extra bed for children aged up to 12 y.o. is 170 UAH.
Discount for an extra bed accommodation for children aged over 12 y.o. and adults - 25% of the main place price.
Flexible schedule of arrivals (if the are available rooms).
Required one-time extra payment, the tourist fee is paid on the spot.
The price includes: accommodation, breakfast, use of the swimming pool and the beach (in high season), visit of the pyramid "Golden section", medical insurance.
