Walking Tour - Centre of Sevastopol - Mikhailovskaya Battery

This walking tour consists of two parts: the first part is the city tour including visiting museum of the Black Sea Fleet and the second is a tour to Mikhailovskaya battery. The tour is carried out in the language of your choice by a professional local guide. You will visit the main sights of the downtown and your guide will tell you some interesting facts about history and present life of Sevastopol.
Then, on a public ferry-boat you cross Sevastopol harbour to visit a new museum of Sevastopol, Sheremetiyev's museum. Its exposition takes place in the building of former Mikhailovskaya Battery. There are expositions devoted to the Crimean war, foundation of Sevastopol, history of Russian Black Sea fleet, and Soviet air forces (Sevastopol hosted first air force cadet school in the Soviet Union). After visiting the museum you come back to the centre of Sevastopol.
