Two 3-storey buildings (were reconstructed in 2006).

Each floor of the building has 4 blocks. There are 4-5 rooms in the block for children’s accommodation and a room for their governor.

6 children can be accommodated in a room. Room square is 18 sq.m. Room has private bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin, shower) and a balcony.
Room amenities: three two-level beds, a rack for overclother, suspended containers for clothes, a wardrobe, electric socket.

Five meals a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner are buffet-type and menu a la carte, fruit snacks. Vegetable salad-bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menu is variable with a lot of fruits, vegetables, desserts. Cafeteria has an air-conditioner.

Cold water is available 24-hour, hot water - on the timetable (from 7 am to 11 pm). Containers with drinking water are installed in the cafeteria and on the first floor of the dormitory buildings.

Private, fine pebbly, in 50m from the buildings, equipped with sunshades, changing huts, showers; children are given beach umbrellas and water/heat proof mats.

Two outdoor pools (the large is – 222,5 x 10m, small – 10 x 6m) with water slides and attractions, a summer cafe, extreme rock climbing wall, sports grounds, concert hall, discotheque, children's cafe, souvenir shop, library, hammock, webcameras.

Festive opening and closing ceremonies of camp sessions, animation shows, fashion shows and charts, carnival and fireworks balloons, artists’ performances, "Glossy party", "PR party" and "SMS party". There are studios for kids and sports groups (swimming, football, volleyball, tennis, billiards, rock climbing, hiking techniques), camp group activities: evening fire, story telling etc.

Contraindications to be in the children's camp Laspi: all diseases in the acute period, and all forms of tuberculosis; epilepsy and other seizures or their equivalents; mental illness and reactive conditions in acute form, all infectious or/and parasitic skin diseases (scabies, fungal, etc.), enuresis; peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the stage of exacerbation, acute nephritis, pyelonephritis - Minimum 5 years after the acute process subsided, chronic nephritis, kidney stone disease, congenital anomalies of kidneys, accompanied by violation of their functions; diabetes.
