Kichkine hotel in Livadia is a former manor of Grand Prince Dmitry Konstantinovich Romanov. It is located on the shore of the Black Sea in a well-kept park, in 500 m from the castle “Swallow's Nest and in 8 km from Yalta.
Accommodation Terms and Conditions:
Check-in time: 14:00, check-out time 12:00.
On the arrival, please address to the receptionist.
Required documents: passport, tour voucher; for children - birth certificate.
Maximum 2 people can be accommodated in the rooms of "economy" rating.
Children of any age can be accommodated. Children aged under 3 y. o. are not charged for accommodation.
Baby cot (free of charge) is provided if necessary. Catering for children aged under 3 y. o. is organized on children's menu at individual cost.
Extra bed accommodation for children aged 3 - 5 y.o. is 85 % of the room price.
Extra bed accommodation for children aged 5 - 12 y.o. is 70 % of the room price.
Extra bed accommodation for visitors aged over 12 y.o. is 60 % aof the room price.
Extra bed accommodation in the apartments is 85 % of the room price.
Single accommodation price is price of the room minus 80 UAH.
Complete payment (full price of the room) is required when reside in the following room category : "Panoramic suite, " "Double Deluxe Suite", "Apartments Suite"
Required one-time extra payment is the tourist fee = 1% of the room price (paid on the spot).

The price includes: accommodation, HB plan (smorgasbord breakfast and dinner) before October 13; after October 14 - breakfast; use of the beach and the swimming pool (when it works), beach chairs at the swimming pool and the beach. Required one-time extra payment is the tourist fee = 1% of the room price (paid on the spot).
