Two buildings (5 and 9 storey, elevator). There are 96 rooms of different rating. All the rooms have bathroom (shower cubicle/bath. washbasin) and lavatory en suite (floors with heating), individual air-conditioner, a balcony / without a balcony, mini-bar, TV set (cable TV), telephone, Internet access (except for the rooms of the five-storey building), fitted carpet, modern furniture.

Breakfast and lunch are buffet-type. In a low season, or when the number of vacationers is less than 20, catering is organized in the type of fixed meal.

Cold and hot running water is available round the clock.

Private pebbly beach (the length is 150 meters), chaise longues, beach towels and umbrellas free of charge; shower, lavatory; water-bikes, motorboats hire, wave runners, diving. The distance from the sanatorium is 250 stair steps.

On the territory of Kichkine hotel there are two outdoor swimming-pools with heated water, a summer theatre where you and your children can watch numerous films and cartoons and order a dinner and drinks to your taste; table tennis, Russian billiards.
