Two buildings (5 and 9 storey, lift). There are 96 rooms of different rating.

Half board - breakfast and lunch are smorgasbord - served in high season till October 13 2011.  
In a low season (from October 14 2011) , or when the number of vacationers is less than 20, catering is organized in the type of fixed meal.

Beach

Private pebbly beach (the length is 150 meters), chaise longues, beach towels and umbrellas free of charge; shower, lavatory; water-bikes, motorboats hire, wave runners, diving. The distance from the sanatorium is 250 stair steps.
