This holiday hotel is located in the relic park area of the most splendid and unpolluted areas of the Southern coast of Crimea. The construction of the house was finished in 2004 and its facilities come up to meet the European standards.

11 comfortable wooden cottages-log houses, each comprises of 2-4 rooms. All the rooms have bathroom (shower cubicle, washbasin) and lavatory en suite, Tv set (satellite TV), refrigerator, mini-bar.
