• Single Room North (1-roomed, living square is 17 sq.m.) with or without a balcony, rooms on the ground floor are without balconies.

• Double Room North (1-roomed, living square is 19 sq.m.) with or without a balcony.
  Room amenities: two single beds, a bathroom unit (shower, washbasin, toilet), TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner (at extra payment).
• Double Junior Suite South (1,5-roomed, living square is 24 sq.m.) Rooms of this category are located on 1 - 4 floors.
  Room amenities: spacious a bedroom and a lounge of studio type, in the bedroom there are two single beds or a double bed, in the lounge there is an upholstered unit,  TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner (available at extra payment),  bathroom unit (shower, washbasin, toilet), a balcony. 
• Double Suites South (2-roomed, living square is 38 sq.m.) Rooms of this category are located on 1 - 4 floors.
  Room amenities: a bedroom and a lounge separated by the door, in the bedroom there is a double bed, in the lounge there is an upholstered unit,  TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner,  bathroom unit (baths, washbasin, toilet), a balcony (view of the mountains).
• Double Luxury Suite Prestige South (2-roomed, living square is 48 sq.m.) Rooms of this category are located on 1 - 4 floors.
  Room amenities: a bedroom and a lounge separated by the door, in the bedroom there is a double bed, in the lounge there is an upholstered unit,  TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner (split system) in each room, a bathroom unit (Jacuzzi, shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet), a balcony.

Building No. 2 9-storey building with a lift it was reconstructed in 2006.

• Single Northwest Room (1-roomed, recently refurbished, living square is 19 sq.m.)
    Room amenities: a single bed, a bathroom unit (shower, washbasin, toilet), TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner (at extra payment), a balcony.
• Double Southeast and Northwest Room  (1-roomed, living square is 19 sq.m.)
    Room amenities: two single beds, a bathroom unit (shower, washbasin, toilet), TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner (at extra payment), a balcony.
  Room amenities: bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet), TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner, a balcony.
• Double Southeast and Northwest Suites (2-roomed, living square is 38 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a bedroom and a lounge separated by the door, in the bedroom there is a double bed, in the lounge there is an upholstered unit,  TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner,  bathroom unit (shower, washbasin, toilet), a balcony

The use of air-conditioner is excluded from the price of Standard Rooms and Junior Suites. You can use air-conditioner at extra payment on the spot (about 25 UAH a day).

The use of air-conditioner is included in the price of the Suites.

Three meals a day are served in the cafeteria of the sanatorium. Cafeteria is equipped with air-conditioners and light-reflecting windows.

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.

Private, fine pebbly beach (transfer to the beach by elevator), equipped with daybeds, sunshades, changing huts.

Nervous system diseases; respiratory diseases of non-tuberculous type.

Snack bar, phyto-bar, restaurant, cinema and concert hall, library, beauty salon, fruit market, parking lot, excursion bureau .

Outdoor heated freshwater swimming pool, sports apparatus gymnasium, sport-area (volleyball, basketball), medicinal training hall, "Turkish" bath, sauna, phitobar, billiards, discothèque.

The rehabilitation department for patients with chronic non-specific respiratory diseases, laboratory of clinical and biochemical analyses, of functional diagnostics; physiotherapy and dental offices, clinics oxygen, lays procedural hall; balneotherapy and physiotherapy; salvia, pearl, and coniferous baths; UHF, diathermy and diodinamy, UV radiation and electrophoresis. Salt grotto (in the building No 2).

Price includes following medical services:

• On the 1-3rd day of your arrival you will be examined by a therapist of the sanatorium, subsequent observations will be carried out once in 5 days; if necessary - daily control is provided.
• ENT doctor consultations  (according to doctor’s indications)
• Treatment Medical Procedures:
  • Inhalations: warm - humid, ultrasound, using Crimean herbal medicinal preparations (chlorine-phyllipte,  eucalyptus, indigo tree, calendula, etc.);
  • Speleotherapy;
  • Physiotherapy: electroplating, medicinal electrophoresis, diodynamic therapy, ultrahigh-frequency therapy (UHF), UHF-therapy, SM currents; amplipuls therapy, darsonvalization, ultrasound, laser, acoustic, vibration therapy, magnetic therapy (according to doctor’s indications)
  • Morning exercises on the beach, strolling along the health paths
• Functional Diagnosis:
  • Cardiovascular testing:  electrocardiography;
  • Lung testing: Spirometry (lung vital capacity - LVC), spirography (CPG)
• Laboratory diagnosis (clinical, biochemical, immunological, allergy) according to doctor’s indications.
• Dietary therapy
• Emergency medical care.
