Year of building and reconstruction: 2004.  Sanatorium Beryozovy Gai - Khmelnik occupies 8 hectares of land in total.  There are four building in the sanatorium.  Total number of beds is 120.  Total number of rooms is 57.  There are 6 suites, 5 fireplace suites, 6 1-rromed suites, 17 improved standards, 2 block twins, 15 cottage block twins.  Rooms are to be cleaned every day.  Linen is changed once a week.   Towels are changed on request.  Sanatorium Beryozovy Gai - Khmelnik is situated in woodland resort area, distance to the lake is 400 meters, distance to the centre of the city is 4 kilometres distance from the sanatorium to bus /  railroad stations is 9 km. 

Sanatorium Beryozovy Gai - Khmelnik is set in a scenic forestry area in Khmelnik SPA resort of Vinnitsa region.  Sanatorium is situated near a forestry lake with a well-developed infrastructure.

• Twin Block Standard (1-roomed, block shared amenities, rooms are located in the sanatorium building or in a cottage, room square is 14 meters).  Room amenities (toilet, shower, washbasin) are shared between the block of three rooms.
