Complex designed for 100 rooms (290 visitors) is situated in the mountainous-forest area of South-West Crimea, on road between Bakhchisarai and South Crimea, which runs through Ai-Petri, a few kilometers away from the famous Grand Canyon of Crimea. The square of the complex is two hectares. The complex is surrounded by the mountain slopes covered with century coniferous and deciduous forests which creates in this area unique health-improving microclimate. Local forests are rich with berries, mushrooms, nuts and medicinal herbs. Mountain streams, mineral springs, clear air of the picturesque Kokkozskaya valley make possible to have a full rest and improve one's health.

Main sights of the valley there is a hunting house of prince Yusupov, the rock Eagle nest, the famous Grand Canyon, The Bath of Youth, mineral spring Andzee-Su and others.

Tourist complex "Eagle nest" is a good place for a corporate partiy or celebration. On the bank of the river there is an equipped rest ground for 200 guests.
