Comfortable accommodation is offered in three 3-storey buildings and two 2-storey wooden cottages - log houses, 10 2-3 storey wooden cottages within the territory of the complex.

• Double Standard (rooms are located on 1^st floor, 6 rooms at the hotel)
  Room amenities: bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet), two single beds or a double bed, TV set, sliding-door wardrobe, clothes rack, set of furniture. Room capacity: 2 main beds and 1 extra bed.
• Double Standards + (rooms are located on 2^nd floor 6 rooms at the hotel)
  Room amenities: bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet), two single beds or a double bed, TV set, sliding-door wardrobe, clothes rack, set of furniture. Room capacity: 2 main beds and 1 extra bed.
• Quad Junior Suite (2-roomed, rooms are located on 3^rd floor, 3 rooms)
  Room amenities: a lounge, a bedroom, a double French bed, a double sofa, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, hairdryer, washbasin, toilet), TV set+DVD, refrigerator, electric kettle, sliding-door wardrobe in each of the rooms, set of furniture, two balconies. Room capacity: 4 main beds and 2 extra beds.
• Quad 2-roomed Suite (there rooms at the hotel)
  Room amenities: a lounge with a double  folding sofa, fireplace, TV set + DVD, dinner table with chairs, mini kitchen with coking stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, dinner set, set of furniture, a bedroom with a double bed,  bathroom unit (toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle, hair-dryer), there is a room with ski cabinet, fitted carpet on the floor. Room capacity: 4 main beds and 2 extra beds.

• Cottage A for 6 guests (2-level suite, there is 1 suite at the hotel)
  Room amenities: 1^st level: a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, hairdryer, washbasin, toilet); entrance hall: a double sofa, a dinner table with chairs,  TV set+DVD, refrigerator, electric kettle.
  2^nd level: a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, hairdryer, washbasin, toilet); a bedroom with a double bed, a children’s room with two single beds, TV set, refrigerator, sliding-door wardrobe in each of the rooms, dressing table with a mirror, set of furniture, with a balcony. Room capacity: 6 main beds and 2 extra beds.
• Cottage B for 8 guests (2-level suite, there are 8 suites at the hotel)
  Room amenities: 1^st level: a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, hairdryer, washbasin, toilet); entrance hall: a double sofa, a dinner table with chairs,  TV set+DVD, refrigerator, electric kettle.
  2^nd level: a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, hairdryer, washbasin, toilet); 2 bedrooms with double beds, children’s room with two single beds, TV set, refrigerator, sliding-door wardrobe in each of the rooms, dressing table with a mirror, set of furniture, a balcony. Room capacity: 8 main beds and 2 extra beds.
• 2-storey cottage D for 8 guests (there are 3 cottages)
  Room amenities: 1st floor – bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer); hall – kitchen with a wooden fireplace,  folding upholstered sofa, dinner table  with chairs, TV set,  refrigerator, electric kettle; a bedroom with a double bed ;
  2nd floor:  two bathroom units (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer), two bedrooms with double beds, compartment wardrobe in each of the rooms, asset of furniture, a balcony. Room capacity : 8 main beds + 2 extra beds.  
  2-storey cottage D+ for 8 guests (there are 3 cottages)
  Room amenities: 1st floor – 2 bathroom units (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer); hall – kitchen with a wooden fireplace,  folding upholstered sofa, dinner table  with chairs, TV set,  refrigerator, electric kettle; a bedroom with a double bed ;
  2nd floor:  two bathroom units (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer), two bedrooms with double beds, compartment wardrobe in each of the rooms, asset of furniture, a balcony. Room capacity: 8 main beds + 2 extra beds.  
  
  

Meals (menu a la carte) are offered at extra cost in the restaurant Magur next to the cottages or in Kolyba (within the territory).

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.

Restaurant Magur (80 seats), Kolyba (café/bar in national style), two Russian baths and a SPA – cottage set on a natural dike above a mountain river; billiards, conference-hall for 50 seats, Wi-Fi Internet access, car park, children’s playground, outdoor mini swimming pool, ski and winter equipment hire shop, ski instructors. Tourists who like honey are invited to visit apiary and are offered honey tasting.

Two ski lifts  - chair ski lift of 980 meters long and 200 meters width is operating year-round. In winter there is a sightseeing lift and a rope tow of 950 meters long. Quadrocycling, Bike Trialing, paragliding, horse riding, sightseeing tours to Polonina, a wide selection of bus tours in Transcarpathians.

  Abhyanga is aurvedic oil massage; Ubvartan is piling with scrub made of dry herbs mixed with clays and volatile oils; Pinda Svedana is a massage with oil and herbal sacs; Pishinchhali is a massage with oil and rise sacs; Upanaha Svedana – lotions and hot compresses, herbal applications; Shirodhara is procedure with oil; Netra Basti is a cleansing eye procedure with oil; Aurvedic massage of the body and head.
