Each hotel room is equipped with air-conditioner, refrigerator, mini-safe box, telephone, sattelite TV set, electric kettle, hairdryer, iron, wardrobe.

Single Standard room (1-roomed, building No 7 (No 1) , cottage No 2 (No 3), total square is 16 sq.m.) without a balcony
Room amenities: 3/4 (1,4 m wide) or a double bed, a bathroom unit (a shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin).

Double Junior Suite (1-roomed, cottage No 5 ( No No 1, 2), cottage No 2 (No 1,2))
Room amenities (cottage No 2) : a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin),  two single beds,  a folding armchair, a balcony. There is an extra bed in the room.
Studio room (cottage No 5): rooms adjoined by arch, there are two single beds, a double sofa, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin), a balcony. There are two extra beds in the room.

Double suite category А (2-roomed; Cottage No 4 (No 1-4), No  6 (No No  1, 2, 4, 5) (with a kitchen or a niche)
Room amenities (Cottage No 4, room square is 30 m.):  a bedroom with a double bed; a lounge with a double sofa or with two folding arm-chairs, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin),electric kettle, electric stove, kitchen, a balcony. There are two extra beds in the room.
Room amenities (Cottage No 6, total square is 34 sq.m.): a bedroom with a double bed, a lounge with a double sofa, a bathroom unit (a bath or a shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, washbasin), kitchen, microvawe oven, 2 balconies, roomes are separated by the door. There are two extra beds in the room.

Double Suite Category B (2-roomed. Cottage No 1 (No 1,2), Cottage No 3 (No 1,2), Cottage No 6 (No 3,6,7) (with kitchen / niche), Building No 7 (No 2-7,9)
Room amenities (cottage No 1): a bedroom with two single beds, a lounge  with a folding 3/4 sofa and an arm-chair, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin), a balcony. There are two extra beds in the room.
Room amenities (cottage No 3): a lounge with two single beds, a folding 3/4 sofa, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin), a balcony, rooms are separated with the door. There is one extra bed in the room.
Room amenities (cottage No 6): a bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, a lounge with two folding arm-chairs or a double folding sofa, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin); in the kitchen niche there is a microvawe oven; a balcony. There are two extra beds in the room.
Room amenities (building No 7): a bedroom with a double bed, a lounge  with a double sofa, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle or bath, toilet, washbasin), bay window. There are two extra beds in the room.

Quad Suite Apartments (3-roomed, Building N 7 (No 8))
Room amenities: 1st bedroom with a double bed, a glassed window; 2nd bedroom - a large double bed, a lounge with a double sofa, an observation deck with a coffeee table, two bathroom units (bath, bidet, toilet, washbasin). The room does not have a balcony but it has bay windows. Rooms are separated by door. There are two extra beds in the room.

Cottage1 - there are 2 suites of B category
Cottage 2 - there are 3 rooms :
a double suite (2-roomed) and 2 single rooms
There is a room for baby prams
Room No 3 is without a balcony
Cottage No 3 there are 2 suites of B category
Cottage No 4 there are 4 suites of A category
Cottage No 5 there are 2 Junior suites  
Cottage No 6 there are 7 suites of A and B categories
Cottage No 7 there are 9 rooms:
Room 1 – a single room
Rooms 2-7 are double 2-roomed suites B without a balcony with bay window
Room 8 is a 3-roomed apartment with 2 bathroom units
Room 9 is a  2-roomed suite with 2 balconies, bath and bidet

Breakfast is served in the restaurant  of the park-hotel.
At extra cost you can order meals on the spot (lunch, dinner); menu: a la carte there are 2-3 dishes to choose from.

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.

Beach belongs to the sanatorium Ai-Petri,it is a therapeutic small-pebbly beach 450 meters long with a peculiar shadow area (sunshades), seashore and clean seawater. Uniqueness of the beach is that it is separated into three different recreation areas.

The first one is the active rest area. The choice is up to your mood. The wide range of water entertainments to your disposal; these are hydro-cycles, paraplans, boats, waterbicycles, water skis, cruiser (offers nice tailor-made voyages), diving instruction, sub-water hunting and photography, sea items hire.

Second, the longest and the widest area destined for the popular rest, there is stand “Morskoy ” bar, “Dolphin” cafe, billiards in the open air. There you can order light refreshing cocktails and ice cream in the daytime or dinner out and try delicious food at moderate price and listen to “live” music.

The third Ai-Petri sanatorium area is destined for children. This part of the beach is covered with finest small pebbles, paddling seawater pool, children’s playground with numerous seesaws, nice ladders, sandpits.

Holiday makers will find all the items required for the sea rest in special shops. The medical post and the beach ward on duty are responsible for the rest of the vacationers. After taking sea and sun baths one can take off the weariness in the massage and manipulative therapy parlour.

Medical services are provided at extra cost at sanatorium Ai-Petri.
