Building “Dream at the seaside” (1-storey building in 30 meters from the sea)

  • Double / twin room (1-roomed, 22 m²)
    Each room has: double bed and in some rooms there is a sofa (extra sleeping place), a bathroom unit (shower, washbasin, toilet), TV set, refrigerator, ai-conditioner, terrace with a summer furniture, separate entace into the room.

4-storey building (95 rooms, in 70 m from the sea)

  • Doubles / twin room (1-roomed, 25 m²)
    Each room has: two single beds and an extar bed, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin) and lavatory en suite, TV set, refrigerator, electric kettle, dinner set, with / without air-conditioner, a balcony.

5 storey building (60 rooms , lift, mini safes, 150 m from the sea)

  • Double / twin junior suites (2-roomed, 33 m²)
    Each room has: bedroom, kitchen (a cupboard with kitchen utensils, a table, chairs), bathroom unit (shower, washbasin, toilet), TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner, loggia.
  • Double / twin luxury suites (3-roomed)
    Each room has: a bedroom, a lounge, a kitchen (a cupboard with kitchen utensils, a table, chairs), bathroom unit (shower, washbasin, hair-dryer, toilet), TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner, ironing board with an iron, beach bags, loggia.

Catering

Three meals a day, fixed menu (160 UAH a day), you can choose any of two fixed main courses; Payment for meals is required obligatory.

Water supply

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.

Beach

Own beach, sandy-pebbly, equipped with sunshades and daybeds, within 30-150 meters from the buildings

Sport and Entertainment

Outdoor heated freshwater swimming pool (50 meters, 6 tracks) equipped with auqapark attractions, freshwater heated swimming pools for children (equipped with slides), table tennis, billiards, gym with weight training machines, tennis court, basketball and volleyball grounds, soccer field with artificial covering. A sport complex was built on the territory of the resort hotel in 2009. The complex includes sport and training gyms, Turkish sauna "hammam", infrared rays sauna, Jacuzzi.
