A modern building of Chekhov’s House of Writers is located in the central park of Yalta. Dormitory building has a marvellous view of the city and Yalta Bay. Twin Comfortable Room (1-roomed, room square is 14 sq.m.)

Double Superior Room (2-roomed, room square is 33 sq.m.)
Room amenities: two bedrooms (a double bed in the first bedroom, a single bed in the second bedroom), a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet), TV set, refrigerator, each room has an entrance to a balcony or a loggia with a view of the sea or the mountains.
Single or Double Junior Suite (1-roomed, rooms are located on the 7th-9th floors, room square is 14 sq.m.)
Room amenities: a single or a double bed, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet), TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner, a balcony with a view of the sea or the mountains. Extra bed is a folding sofa.
Double Luxury Suites (2-roomed, total square is 33-60 sq.m.)
Room amenities: a bedroom (a double bed) and a lounge (folding sofa), a bathroom unit (shower cubicle or a bath, washbasin, toilet), TV set, refrigerator, electric water heater, air-conditioner, each room has an entrance to a balcony or a loggia with a view of the sea or the mountains. Extra bed is a folding sofa.
Three meals a day are served in the canteen (in a detached 2-storey building). Waitress service.
Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.
Private pebbly beach is located in 800 m from the building, it is equipped with sunshades. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available at extra cost. In summer season transfer to the beach by mini van is organized.
