A modern building of Chekhov’s House of Writers is located in the central park of Yalta. Dormitory building has a marvellous view of the city and Yalta Bay. The building is in 650 meters from the seafront promenade of Yalta. 24-hour security is provided within the territory of the House of Writers. 9-storey hotel building offers comfortable accommodation in one of its 78 rooms. Before October revolution the old-age park was a property of a noble Russian aristocrat.

Children of any age can be accommodated;
Children aged up to 4 y.o. without extra bed and catering are not charged for the accommodation;
Children aged 4-7 y. o. have accommodation discount on extra bed - 40%;
Children aged 7-13 y. o. have accommodation discount on extra bed - 20%;
One-time payment (resort fee) is required = 1 % of the tour voucher price, it should be paid on the spot.
Price includes: accommodation, three meals a day, use of the beach and transfer to the beach. Beach equipment such as beach chairs and sun umbrellas are provided at extra cost.
