A modern building of Chekhov’s House of Writers is located in the central park of  Yalta. Dormitory building has a marvellous view of the city and Yalta Bay. The building is in 650 meters from the seafront promenade of Yalta. 24-hour security is provided within the territory of the House of Writers. 9-storey hotel building offers comfortable accommodation in one of its 78 rooms. Before October revolution the old-age park was a property of a noble Russian aristocrat.

Twin Standard Room (1-roomed, room square is 14-16 sq.m.)
Room amenities:  2 single beds, TV set, a bathroom unit (bath, washbasin, toilet), a balcony with a view of Yalta bay or the mountains. Extra bed is a folding bed. Maximum accommodation in the room - 3 vistors.

Twin or Triple Standard Room (2-roomed, room square is 33 sq.m.)
Room amenities: a bedroom (2 or 3 single beds) and a lounge (folding sofa), a bathroom unit (bath, washbasin, toilet), TV set, a balcony with a view of Yalta bay or the mountains. Extra bed is a folding sofa. Extra bed is a folding bed. Maximum accommodation in the room - 3 or 4 vistors.

Twin Comfortable Room (1-roomed, room square is 14 sq.m.)
Room amenities:  2 single beds, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet), TV set, refrigerator, loggia and a balcony with a view of the sea or the mountains. Maximum accommodation in the room - 3 vistors.

Double Superior Room (2-roomed, room square is 33 sq.m.)
Room amenities: two bedrooms (a double bed in the first bedroom, a single bed in the second bedroom), a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet), TV set, refrigerator, each room has an entrance to a balcony or a loggia with a view of the sea or the mountains.

Three meals a day are served in the canteen (in a detached 2-storey building). Waitress service.

Beach

Private pebbly beach is located  in 800 m from the building, it is equipped with sunshades. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available at extra cost. In summer season transfer to the beach by mini van is organized.
