Accommodation Terms and Conditions:

• Check-in: after 14:00; check-out - 12:00; 
• Required documents: passport, voucher of the tour agency, sanatorium-resort record; for children: birth certificate, vaccination and disease-free environment certificate.
• Children of any age can be accommodated;
• Children aged up to 6 y. o. living in the same room with parents are not charged for the accommodation; basic spa treatment is not provided;
• Extra bed accommodation is 200 UAH (without package cost):

• Package BB - 320 UAH per day;
• ALL inclusive Package - 580 UAH per day;
• ALL inclusive Treatment Package -680 UAH per day;

• Please Note: one-time compulsory payment is resort fee=1% of the voucher cost; 
• In case of early departure, whole cost of the package is charged. 

The package AСС (accommodation) includes: accommodation (main bed), initial and closing consultations of general practitioner (therapeutist).

The package BB (bed and breakfast) includes:

accommodation;
buffet breakfast in the restaurant Theodora;
initial and concluding consultation of therapeutist in the medical centre Avel;
use of SPA-centre within the territory of the complex (Finnish and infrared sauna with raining douche, Russian baths with power shower, Roman baths and Turkish hammam, swimming pool with Jacuzzi, underwater current, mini-waterfalls, Kneipp feet contrast baths, weight room);
drinking of mineral waters Naftusya, Maria, Sodovaya in the pump room of Medical – SPA centre Avel;
WI-FI Internet covering in the Apartments, lobby, restarant and Spa-centre of the hotel
Use of the children’s playground;
services of children’s room  9:00 — 17:00, Mon — Fri.

Package All Inclusive includes:

All services of the package BB + lunch and dinner in the restaurant Теodora.

Package All Inclusive + Treatment includes:

All services of the package All Inclusive + general sanatorium-resort treatment course at the medical centre Avel, namely:

consultations: (initial and concluding medical consultations of therapeutist, urologist consultation, cosmetologist consultation),
diagnostics: (overall blood analysis, overall urinalyses with microscopy, electric cardiogram, mineral water drinking in the sanatorium pump room;
3 SPA procedures everyday: mineral bath (whirlpool, mineral bath with hydromassage, colour therapy mineral bath, perrozone mineral bath:
every two days: ozocerite applications (urological, gastroenterological, join – muscles);
every two days physiotherapeutic treatment (magnetotherapy, amplipulse, laser - opton), inhalations, oxygen cocktails.

The price excludes: insurance.

Please Note!

Tourist medical and accident insurance during your stay in / travel to Ukraine is obligatory and is provided by your Insurance Company.  

Insurance policy should provide a tourist with medical assistance and compensation in case of an insurance accident in the country (place) of his/her temporary residence.
