Holiday Hotel Kurchatov’s Dacha (reception department) was built in the beginning of XX century in the settlement Koreiz, South Crimea. One of the popular holiday hotels of the South Crimea, Kurchatov’s Dacha was designed by a fashionable architect of that time Nikolai Petrovich Karsnov, the author of the famous White Palace of Nikolas II in Livadia. The hotel borders with territory of "Ai-Petri" on the west and offers accommodation and treatment in the South Crimea. Today Kurchatov’s Dacha is one of a few pre-revolutionary buildings of Miskhor remained to the present day. Hotel building (5-storey villa) is only in 100 meters from the sea.
