Holiday Hotel Kurchatov’s Dacha (reception department) was built in the beginning of XX century in the settlement Koreiz, South Crimea. One of the popular holiday hotels of the South Crimea, Kurchatov’s Dacha was designed by a fashionable architect of that time Nikolai Petrovich Karsnov, the author of the famous White Palace of Nikolas II in Livadia. The hotel borders with territory of "Ai-Petri" on the west and offers accommodation and treatment in the South Crimea.
Today Kurchatov’s Dacha is one of a few pre-revolutionary buildings of Miskhor remained to the present day. Hotel building (5-storey villa) is only in 100 meters from the sea.

  • Double room (1-roomed, 17-25 sq.m.)
    Room amenities: two single beds, two armchairs, bathroom unit (bath, washbasin, lavatory), TV set, refrigerator, a view of the sea.
  • Double suite (2-roomed)
    Room amenities: Lounge square is 15-16 m, bedroom is 19-21 sq.m., bathroom unit (bath, washbasin, lavatory), TV set, refrigerator, sofa, two armchairs, a view of the sea or the park.

Catering

Three meals a day in a canteen, arranged in two sessions.

Water supply

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.

Beach

The beach belongs to the hotel Respect Hall. A small-pebbly beach with shady zone (sun shades). 3 beach cards.
