Komarov Camp for Children

First class cottage No 1-6 (amenities for one rooms unit) – one storey stone cottages, amenities are shared between rooms within one unit (shower and lavatory are separated), there are two units consisting of 5 rooms, a room lodge 4-5 children.

Second class cottage No 7 (amenities are on the floor) – two-storey building, amenities are shared between rooms within one floor (shower and lavatory are separated), a room lodge 5 children

Five meals a day, arranged in one session, Waitress service.

cold water is available 24 hour, hot water – according to the schedule.

Own beach. Small pebbly, equipped with sunshades and bathing boxes

Children’s cafe and children’s bar, summer theatre, video house, long distance telephone, first-aid post, hobby groups, cultural events are arranged everyday.

APPROXIMATE ACTIVITY PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN IN THE CAMP

• 1 day: Check-in, dividing into groups, getting known with the camp. Acquaintance party (concert – welcome performing by the camp leaders)

• 2 day: «Getting acquainted» with the sea. Musical contest “our talents”, Evening guitar campfires within a group “Tell about yourself”
• 3 day: Contest of camp’s groups, opening tour ceremonial (festive concert, campfire, discotheque)
• 4 day: Small Olympic Games opening ceremony, (theatrical show «Cheerful start»), discotheque
• 5 day: Travel game by the book “I know and I can…” Musical Evening video-clips competition, Discotheque
• 6 day: Excursion to the Southern Crimean Coast (Vorntsov palace, the swallow nest) at extra payment. "Sport, Sport" – a sport party. Competition of the legends about the mountain “sleeping dragon”, Discotheque
• 7 day: Competitive show for senior groups (TV programs competition, fairytales and songs competition). Surprise day, discotheque, cinema-video houses are working.
• 8 day: Kingdom day, queen’s ball, cinema session, discotheque
• 9 day: Excursion to Sevastopol (Panorama, Diorama, sightseeing excursion) at extra payment
• 10 day: Excursion to Southern Coast of Crimea (Livadia palace, Yalta, Fairytale glade) at extra charge. Sport competitions – relay race, discotheque
• 11 day: Competitive show for younger groups “Wonder field”, guitar songs evening, Campfire.
• 12 day: Surprise day for younger groups, Comedy clubs (senior groups), discotheque, sinema session
• 13 day: Self-govern day. Work on the group plan, discotheque, concert..
• 14 day: Small Olympic Games closing ceremony, discotheque, concert.
• 15 day: Maritime party (Neptune’s day) Sea rides, excursions, discotheque.
• 16 day: Children creations exhibition (equibana). Term closing ceremony (concert, campfire, discotheque)
• 17 day: «Let’s exchange the addresses!». Children’s check-out.

NB:
1. Depending on the weather, children spend the first part of the day swimming in the sea and taking sunbath, or when the weather is bad, they enjoy group activities.
2. The list of activities can be changed depending on the age and psychological peculiarities of a kid.

Contradictions for sending children in the camp: any acute diseases, all tuberculosis diseases of any organ or system; acute rheumatism or the period between attacks – until removal observation by specific clinic, hypertension, epilepsy, any other kind of convulsion or their equivalents, acute psychical disorders or reactive conditions, pancreatic diabetes, thyrotoxicosis: infectious, skin parasitic diseases (scabies, mycotic lesions); an enuresis; diseases in the period earlier than five years after acute attack termination: the acquired and congenital heart and vascular diseases, including after surgery patients; blood and hematopoietic organs diseases; multiple bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma; ulcer of a stomach and duodenal gut; acute nephritis, pyelonephritis, chronic nephritis, lithonephria, congenital kidneys anomaly accompanied by disfunction.
