Accommodation Terms and Conditions:
Check-out - 12:00;
On arrival at the hotel, please address to the receptionist;
Required documents: passport, tour voucher, for children – birth certificate, health and vaccination certificate;
Children of any age can be accommodated;
Children aged up to 3 y.o. are not charged for accommodation. Extra bed and meals are provided at extra cost;
Extra bed accommodation discount for a child aged 3-12 y.o (breakfast included) is 50%;
Price of extra bed in log houses is 150 UAH per day, in suites is 120 UAH per day, in standard rooms is 100 UAH per day. (Extra bed is net cost)
One-time compulsory payment is a tourist fee = 1 % of the voucher price (payment on the spot).
Commission is calculated from the price of accommodation (without meals).
The price includes: accommodation, breakfast, use of the outdoor swimming pool.
Optional choice: meals: breakfast and dinner, car park, sauna.
The price excludes: insurance.

Tourist medical and accident insurance during your stay in / travel to Ukraine is obligatory and is provided by your Insurance Company.
Insurance policy should provide a tourist with medical assistance and compensation in case of an insurance accident in the country (place) of his/her temporary residence.
