There are only 18 rooms in a three-storey building. All the rooms have satellite TV, refrigerator, mini bars, air conditioners, bathroom unit (washbasin, shower cubicle, toilet).

• Quad Suite South (three-roomed, total square 62 m, rooms are on the first floor, one room is in the hotel): two bedrooms: each has a double bed; lounge with furniture- folding sofa, two armchairs, table; bathroom unit is equipped with Jacuzzi; a balcony with a set of furniture, panoramic view of the mountains and the waterfall U-Chan-Su, the view of the sea.

Meals are served in the restaurant. The restaurant has a summer terrace with panoramic view of the Crimean seashore.

Cold and hot water is available 24 hour.

Pebbly, well-appointed rented beach, located in 3 kilometers from Livadia hotel. Beach transfer is provided in the summer season, according to the schedule (10 minutes of drive).

Secured parking is free of charge, car washing, restaurant complex for 120 guests – indoor restaurant complex with a panoramic view and a summer terrace, services of ironing and laundering.
