Most part of the hotel rooms are located on 1-3 floors of the hotel; room "Apartment VIP" is located on the 14th floor of the building "Parus" .

Each hotel room is equipped with air-conditioner, mini-bar, telephone, cable TV, hair-dryer. Each apartment has an individual safe. 

Economy double room (1-roomed, room area is 18 sq. m., 2 rooms in the hotel)
Room amenities: a double bed (orthopedic mattress), a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin, toilet). Extra bed is not provided for this room.

Standard double room (1-roomed, room area is 32 sq. m., 10 rooms in the hotel) with terrace and a view of the sea. Rooms are located on 2^nd and 3^rd floors.
Room amenities: a double bed (orthopedic mattress), folding sofa, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin, toilet).  

Deluxe double room (1-roomed, room area is 43 sq. m., 5 rooms in the hotel) with terrace, beach-chairs and a view of the sea, swimming pool and landscape park of the hotel. Rooms are located on 1st floor.
Room amenities: a double bed, folding sofa, dinner table with wicker chairs, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin, toilet).

Family Suite (2-roomed, room area is 38 sq. m., 2 rooms in the hotel) with terrace, beach-chairs and a view of the sea. Rooms are located on 2^nd and 3^rd floors.
Room amenities: two bedrooms, each bedroom has a double bed, TV set, a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin, bathrobes and slippers, toilet).

Respect Suite (2-roomed, room area is 53 sq. m., 2 rooms in the hotel) with terrace, beach-chairs and a view of the sea. Rooms are located on 2^nd and 3^rd floors.
Room amenities: a bedroom (a double bed, a dressing table, a cupboard), a lounge (leather arm-chairs), a folding sofa (a double-extra bed), a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin, bathrobes and slippers, toilet).

Apartment Small (1-roomed, room area is 70 sq. m., 6 rooms in the hotel) with a small balcony overlooking the sea.
Room amenities: studio room with a mini-kitchen (glass ceramic built-in stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, a dinner set), a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin, bathrobes and slippers, toilet).

Apartment-2  (2-roomed, room area is 80 sq. m., 7 rooms in the hotel) with a small balcony overlooking the sea.
Room amenities: a bedroom with a double bed and two separate beds, a lounge and a mini-kitchen - studio (glass ceramic built-in stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, a dinner set), a bathroom unit (shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin, bathrobes and slippers, toilet). 

Apartment-3  (3-roomed, 8 rooms in the hotel) with a terrace and panoramic view of the sea.

Apartment-4  (4-roomed, 1 room in the hotel) with a terrace and panoramic view of the sea.

Apartment-VIP  (2-levels, 1 room in the hotel) with a spacious open terrace and panoramic view of the sea, the room is located on the 14th floor of the hotel. 
Room amenities: 1^st level: a studio room with a mini-kitchen (glass ceramic built-in stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, a dinner set), a bathroom unit for guests.
2^nd level: two bedrooms, a study, three completely equipped units (shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin, bathrobes and slippers, toilet).

The hotel owns a spacious beach which is splendidly equipped with two seawater swimming pools for children and adults, Jacuzzi, chaise-longues, sunbeds with mattresses; there is a wide range of entertainments and individual services on the beach. Transfer to the beach by cable road.
