Located in the territory of “Sunny Zakarpatiye”, a cozy holiday hotel Zlata Vezha is nested on the shore of the lake, on height of 300 meters above sea level. The distance from the centre of the village Polyana is only 1,5 km. A convenient driving road leads to the boarding house. Four-storey building of the hotel can accommodate 26 guests in 13 hotel rooms. There is a cafeteria-canteen, sauna with a swimming pool.

Sauna with a swimming pool, restaurant, car park, children’s game room, on the territory of the sanatorium “Sunny Zakapatiye” there is a mineral waters pump room (mineral waters: “Polyana Kupel”, “Polyana Kvasova”).

Billiards club, discotheque, sauna, swimming pool, gym with weight training machines, cycles for hire (on the territory of the sanatorium “Sunny Zakarpatiye”).

Boarding house “Zlata Vezha" is not a biggest ski resort”. But one can enjoy downhill skiing here: there is a ski rope tow here; a ski rope tow of 700 meters long (within a kilometer from the holiday hotel) and a ski rope tow of 400 meters length (within a 400 meters from the holiday hotel).

The main treatment factor of the sanatorium “Sunny Zakarpatiye” is average-mineralized carbonaceous-sodium mineral water “Polyana Kvasova”. This water meets the requirements of Borjomi mineral waters on its composition. But it is twice as much as Borjobi on the minerals concentration, twice as much of carbonic acids and it has active amounts of boron and fluorine. Taking in to the account its chemical composition, scientific researches and clinical observations of general practitioners.
