Check-in time: after 12:00, check-out time before 12:00;

Required documents: passport, tour agency voucher, doctor’s record for the resort; for children – birth certificate vaccination and disease-free environment certificate;
Children of any age can be accommodated, children aged 0 - 5 y.o. are not charged for accommodation without extra bed and catering;
Extra bed accommodation is 100 UAH; extra bed can be provided in the rooms of the following rating: double and junior suite.
In case of early departure, whole cost of the package is charged;
The price includes:Package BB : accommodation, catering: breakfast (smorgasbord), consulatation of General Practitioner, use of the fitness gymnasium, use of the indoor swimming pool and a sauna (one visit a day); Meals cost: Fixed meals: lunch - 31 UAH, dinner - 31 UAH. Menu a la carte: lunch - 70 UAH, dinner - 70 UAH.
