Each room is equipped with heating and air-conditioning system, Noise and dust proofing systems, beds of European standards (bedclothes are made of anti-allergic fabrics), modern cabinet and upholstered furniture made of ecologically friendly material, cable TV, mini bar, in-house telephone network with access to the international communications, Internet access. Room service (cleaning) and towels change is provided every day. Bedclothes are changed once in three days.

• Double Standard Room (one-roomed, 20 sq. m.) (there are 4 rooms of this category in the hotel).
  Room amenities: two beds, folding armchair, sliding-door wardrobe with a mirror, a coffee table, a folding armchair, bedside cabinets, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, lavatory), a balcony. There is an extra bed (folding arm-chair).
  
  
• Double Junior Suite (one-roomed, 30 sq. m.)  (there are 20 rooms of this category in the hotel).
  Room amenities: a double bed or two beds, sliding-door wardrobe with a mirror, a coffee table, a folding armchair, bedside cabinets, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, lavatory), a balcony. There is an extra bed (folding arm-chair).
  
  
• Double Suite (two-roomed, 50 sq. m.) (there are 7 rooms of this category in the hotel).
  Room amenities: a double bed, sliding-door wardrobe with a mirror, a coffee table, a corner folding sofa for two, bedside cabinets, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, lavatory), a balcony or panoramic window. There are two extra beds (folding double sofa).
  
  
• Double Apartments (two-roomed, 70 sq. m.) (there is 1 room of this category in the hotel).  
  Room amenities: a double bed, sliding-door wardrobe with a mirror, a dinner table for four, a folding arm chair, a corner folding sofa for two, bedside cabinets, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, lavatory), an open terrace for sun basing.  There are three extra beds (folding double sofa and an arm-chair).

Half borad (breakfast, lunch - menu a la carte) is served in the restaurant of the hotel depending on the season. Menu a la carte.

Self-contained water supply. Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.

Rented, well appointed fine-pebbly beach is located in 900 meters from the hotel. Free shuttle transfers are offered in the high season.

Mini SPA (indoor freshwater swimming pools, Finnish sauna with recreation room,  services of traditional and aesthetic massage), outdoor freshwater swimming pool (20 meters long)  swimming pools are equipped with beach chairs, weight training machines, table tennis, badminton, diving, safari, underwater hunting, visiting of Partenit dolphinarium.

All required tests – clinical, biochemical, functional examinations inclusive echo cardiography, computer spirography, x-ray diagnosis pulmonary, gastritis and fiberscopy - are offered on the basis of sanitary complex “Crimea”.

Our guests can visit neuropsychiatric, ophthalmologic, otolaryngologic, pediatrician, dental rooms, reflex and manual therapy room, visit special doctors: endocrinologist, gastroenterologist, pulmonologist, dermatologist - venerologist. Physiotherapy treatment is carried out with the help of modern medical equipment (laser and EHF-therapy, all kinds of electric treatment) various types of massage and hydrotherapy. Curative muds of Saki Lake are used for treatment.
