Sanatorium complex Chernomoryie includes 3 buildings accommodating 482 visitors

Building No. 1 (4-storey building) distance from the sea is 200 meters;

• Single standard room (1-roomed, total area is 12 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a single bed, refrigerator, TV set, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet) . The rooms are located on the ground floor and don't have a balcony.
• Twin standard room (1-roomed, total area is 18/23 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a two single beds, refrigerator, TV set, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet), a balcony with a view of the sea and Livadia. Extra bed - folding bed.
• Twin comfortable room (1-roomed, total area is 18 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a two single beds, refrigerator, TV set, bathroom unit (bath, washbasin, toilet), a balcony with a view of the sea and Livadia. Rooms were equipped with new furniture, and were recently refurbished. Extra bed - folding bed.

Building No. 2 (8-storey building with lift) distance from the sea is 250 meters,
there is a cafeteria in the building and indoor passage to the treatment department and swimming pool;

• Single comfortable room (1-roomed, total area is 12 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a single bed, refrigerator, TV set, bathroom unit (shower, washbasin, toilet), a balcony with a view of Livadia. Rooms were equipped with new furniture, and were recently refurbished.
• Twin standard room (1-roomed, total area is 18/23 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: 2 single beds, refrigerator, TV set, bathroom unit (shower / bath, washbasin, toilet), a balcony with a view of Livadia. Extra bed - folding bed.
• Twin comfortable room (1-roomed, total area is 18 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: 2 single beds, refrigerator, TV set, electric kettle, bathroom unit (bath, washbasin, toilet), a balcony with a view of the sea.Rooms were equipped with new furniture, and were recently refurbished. Extra bed - folding bed.

Building No. 3 (4-storey building), distance from the sea is 300 meters.

• Single standard room (1-roomed, total area is 12 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: a single bed, refrigerator, TV set, bathroom unit (shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet) . The rooms are located on the ground floor and don't have a balcony.
• Twin standard room (1-roomed, total area is 18/23 sq.m.)
  Room amenities: 2 single beds, refrigerator, TV set, bathroom unit (shower / bath, washbasin, toilet), a balcony with a view of the sea and Livadia. Extra bed - folding bed.
  
  Extra bed in double rooms is a folding bed.

Three meals a day including diet menu. Waitress service.

Cold and hot water is available 24-hour.

Beach belongs to the resort, pebbly, 7 cards, 415 meters long, it is located in 200 - 300 meters from the building, transfer to the beach by cable road (it takes about 4 minutes), or you can walk downstairs (10 mintes); beach is equipped with bathing boxes, there are 30 sunshades and 950 sunbeds; services of medical and information centres,  bar, beach equipment and watersport equipment hire.

Treatments methods: climate and landscape therapy, exercise therapy, aromatherapy, physiotherapy, psychotherapeutic correction, reflex therapy, light and electrical treatment, balneotherapy, clinical and biochemical tests.
