Nota bene! Railway tickets booking service is valid only for the customers who buy their vouchers for the holidays in Crimea from Crimean tour operator "Laspi" or in his office in Kiev or in Moscow. Individual booking requests.

To fulfill your booking request the following conditions are necessary:

• Advance payment for the ticket for not less than 50%, which is to be paid in Sevastopol, or in our offices in Kiev or in Moscow;
• Make your request at least in ten days before the date of your departure, in the high season (spring, summer and early autumn) in forty five days before it;
• Photocopies of your passport or your international passport are required;
• For booking of children’s tickets at reduced prices (for children under ten years old) copy of birth certificate;
• The company fulfills tourists’ requests within maximum forty days counting form the date of your request, in summer period - from twenty till three days before the departure;
• Requests which are made in less then 15 days before the departure in high season, are not guaranteed;
• In your request of booking railway ticket you are to indicate the following:
  1. The exact date of your departure.
  2. The route.
  3. Preferred number of the train.
  4. Carriage rating (sleeping, compartments, reserved seat).
  5. Your contact telephones, e-mail.
  6. Full name (of all the tourist), for children we require to state series and numbers of the birth certificates, and the exact date of child’s birth.
  7. In the high season in the view of the absence of the desired option, specify an alternative one.

Nota bene! In case of renouncement the purchased ticket within more than two days before the date of the departure the following penalties are deducted: 40 hryvnas / 236 roubles. The penalties include: railway commission, railway transaction repayment and company’s expenses. At renouncement the purchased ticket less than one day before your departure the full price of the ticket is deducted.

Group booking requests.

• Booking requests are fulfilled for groups of ten and more tourists who are older then ten years, leaving one destination at the same time.
• To apply your request in forty eight days before the date of your departure we require a list of full names of the tourists of the group. When applying request, the payment booking is to be made – 7 hryvnas / 40 roubles for a ticket. To apply your request we require the following data:
• The date of your arrival and departure (the road there and back).
• The number of seats – directions.
• Carriage rating (sleeping, compartments, reserved seat).
• Preferred number of the train.
• In the case of group renouncement once paid for booking, payment booking is deducted - 7 hryvnas / 40 roubles for each ticket.
• After receiving railway confirmation of the requested seats, full payment for tickets is to be made and a list of tourist’s names is specified.
• In case of renouncement of the purchased tickets, the client is to inform the company at least four days before the departure date stated in the ticket. In case of ticket’s return to the railway booking office within more than four days, 40 hryvnas / 236 roubles for one ticket is deducted. It includes: booking cost, railway commission, railway transaction repayment.
• The full price of the purchased ticket is deducted at renouncement the purchased ticket in less than three days before the departure.
• Company retains for itself the right, according to the binding agreement with the tourists, to buy tickets for another train, within the tourist route, or another carriage rating, in case of failing the purchase of the desired tickets.
• The discounts for group tickets are operating on the following conditions:-15% of a ticket’s price within Ukraine for the group of 30-36 people booking returned tickets; on the territory of the CIS: 8% of a ticket‘s price for the group of 25 or more people on the route under than 2000 km.(Moscow); - 10% of a ticket‘s price for the group of 25 or more people on the route over than 2000 km. (St. Petersburg).
